Pumped

 

An updated "classic" for today.  The story behind the original picture would also make for a great cap.  Seems the patient wanted to make sure the doctor gave her just the right amount of silicone, so with the help of a local anesthetic, she was able to make sure she got just the right set of tits.  But still enjoy, the story I came up with,

    Bet that was a hard to find picture. Nice angle with the doctor. I wonder with all the alphas running around if this wasnt the first time he had heard it and was playing it off as roleplay if he knows whats good for him.

      I honestly can't remember how I stumbled upon this one. But after I took a look at it, I thought, it would make for a great TG caption. Also the actual doctor in the pic is a woman which gives the story just an extra bit of sexy IMHO. Glad you enjoyed it.
